Treenity Return Policy

You have 28 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item: We cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, used, or are not in their original condition. Please ensure the item is free of any signs of wear, such as deodorant marks, scents, or damage.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us:

Email our customer service team at support@treenity.nl with:

  • order number
  • item(s) you wish to return
  • reason for your return

2. Prepare Your Package:

Carefully place the item(s) back in the original packaging, ensuring the product is in its original, unused condition.

3. Shipping Cost:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Treenity is not responsible for return items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), please reach out to support@treenity.nl, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, email us right away at support@treenity.nl.

Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.
