Terms of service

Welcome to Treenity!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Treenity website (the "Website") and the services offered by Treenity (collectively, the "Service"). Treenity is an eco-conscious clothing brand based in the Netherlands. We're committed to sustainable practices and a positive environmental impact throughout our supply chain.

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and the Company. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including, but not limited to, browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

2. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. We will post any changes on the Website. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. You are advised to periodically review these Terms for any changes.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account ("Account") to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

4. Intellectual Property

The Website and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content on the Website for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of the Company.

5. Orders and Payment

When you place an order on the Website, you are agreeing to purchase the items at the listed price. The Company reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.

Payment for all orders must be made by a valid credit card or debit card accepted by Shopify, our secure payment processing platform. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.

6. Shipping and Returns

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. The Company will ship your order to the address you provide during checkout, using eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible.

The Company offers a return policy for unused and unworn items within a certain timeframe (specify the timeframe). You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error. We encourage you to utilize eco-friendly return options when available (e.g., reusable packaging).

See our separate Return Policy for full details.

7. User Content

The Website may allow you to submit content, such as reviews, comments, and photos ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for all User Content that you submit.

By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Service.

You agree that your User Content will not violate any law, be infringing, obscene, or harassing, and will align with Treenity's values of sustainability and environmental responsibility.

8. Termination

The Company may terminate your access to the Service for any reason, at any time, without notice.

9. Disclaimer

The Company does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Company will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
